Hello:

Allow me to jump in: The partplugin for vlc is a subproject of eMule. I
suggest you to search on sf.net or you go directly to
http://www.emule-project.net. It is in the d/l section. BEWARE: The plugin
there offered is still for v0.7.2. If you want bluecow (the author of the
plugin and an active eMule coder) to update the plugin to v0.8.1, I advise
you to join the official eMule board and talk to bluecow there.
