[vlc] opie vlc command line

Hello all.

I'm trying to play a web cam hooked up to a development board
running opie.  I have compiled vlc myself with the options given
in the rules.opie file.
everything seems fine.

vlc says it is streaming the webcam, but I can not get the video
to draw on the screen.

I cannot for the life of me find a suitable command line string
to fire up the opie window.

Ths is what I'm typing in embeddedkonsole

arm-linux-vlc --vout qte -vvv
v4l:/dev/video:norm=secam:frequency=543250:size=320x240

any help would be greatly appreciated.
