[vlc] vlc 0.7.0 compatability with Windows Media Player

Ahoy,

I've tried to use vlc as a streaming source of mpeg2 video to Windows Media
Player clients using moonlight streaming codecs.

I have had no success so far using MPEG TS. (I use a live video capture card
and code raw video to mpeg2 and mpeg4 - all of which work with vlc clients)

Are there any special settings I can use on VLC to make Media Player clients
work with mpeg2/moonlight?
