Yes, get a galeon rpm that relies on mozilla-1.4.1-17. Unfortunately there are
only unstables releases for 1.4 yet. You can try
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/galeon/galeon-1.3.10-1.i386.rpm?download
and see if it works for you.
