[vlc] VLC demuxes TS before streaming?

Thanks for the previous hints and help.
Another question.
I've a TS input stream with two program muxed,(4 total PIDs, 2video and 2audio).
When I open it with Vlc I see the corresponding SIDs in the navigation menu (in
the GUI) and I'm able to pre-select them via "--program <SID>" too.
The strange unexpected fact (for me) is that when I re-stream this data with:

<<vlc udp:@239.0.1.2:1234 --sout udp:otherIP>>

In this output stream I get only the first program. Why does VLC demuxe the
original TS, and select one of the programs? Is possible to transfer the
complete TS unchanged?
