Well, I used all lib-packages from videolan.org/vlc/download-sources.html
and both, ebml and matroska are dated 11.8.2003 

Should I take the libs from CVS too?

I scanned both libs for the SCOPE_ALL_DATA, but I could not find it.
 

May be, I need some additional advices.
