[vlc] Re: Can't get vlc to stream on my Intranet

Hi Torsten,
Thanks for the suggestion.

Sorry to say nothing happened, but there were no error messages on the 
client side

The vlc server did not start the video streaming, although the vlc Gnome 
GUI was activated.

I open the file icon and added the file path. I'm surprise it didn't get 
this information from the command line as you suggested.

The output from the server side is as follows:  If, in the future, you 
don't need this output I will stop sending it.
