[vlc] SDP announcement question ?

Hi all there is a way to make SDP announcement in the same time using sap and 
http for the same stream ? I know howto to do it for http or sap but not for 
the two in the same time.  Also there is a way to ask vlc to put SDP 
announcement to file ?
