[vlc] Nazi Propaganda

Hello all,

can someone shut up that German Nazi propaganda jerk posting from various 
"via.ecp.fr" accounts in German language? If he is subsribed, subscription 
should be canceled. If he is posting as "guest", the moderators should reject 
the messages, since, to begin with, they are non-english in an english-only 
mailing list.
