The program should be one of these values in your case (if I remember 
correctly)

pmt_pid 0x0130 ProSiebenSat.1 -- ProSieben       --> --program=16403
pmt_pid 0x0150 RTL World -- RTL Television    --> --program=16408
pmt_pid 0x0180 ProSiebenSat.1 -- SAT.1             --> --program=16405
pmt_pid 0x0220 RTL World -- VOX                    --> --program=16418
