[vlc] Osprey 100 lack of color and aspect ratio (was Re: 0.7.2 v4l channel syntax?)

Thanks, Christophe, that fixed it.  However, I still have another problem which 
is that the color and aspect ratio seem not to be working correctly.  I added 
norm=ntsc to get the sync to work right so that the mrl is:

v4l://toto:channel=3:norm=ntsc :v4l-vdev="/dev/video0" :v4l-adev="/dev/dsp"

But the video is square instead of 3x4.  See
