[vlc] wxvlc-0.7.1 localization problem (part 2)

Hi again,

Since my previous  message about it was not much detailed, below are a few more
infos :
i use among others :
- vlc-0.7.1,
- gtk2-2.2.4,
- wxwindows-gtk-2.5.1.
I compiled wxwindows as a static library (since only vlc uses it) with gtk2 and
unicode support.
If i run wxvlc from within its build directory, everything is ok. Once i ran
make install, the wxvlc keeps working pretty well, apart from this annoying
problem of not displaying any localized item containing french accents...

Since i have not much experience with wxwindows so far, i don't really know
where lies the problem...

Any little help will be greatly appreciated.
