[vlc] VIDEO CD Bug--[third attempt at getting help]

Computer Specs: Mac OSX 10.28, 1 GB of Ram, PowerMac G4/466mhz, factory CD-R
drive. 
VLC 0.7.1a  [see also update below]

NEED HELP, I have a problem playing a Video CD with two titles
in Video Lan Client Player.

Play a VCD built in VCD Builder 1.1,
contains and reads two titles.
Plays first title, switches over to the second ( automatic)
gives the following error:

Using Play-->Title--> and select the next Title,
it switches fine to the second title and plays to
end with no glitches.

VCD plays fine on two stand alone DVD Units, an RCA 5240,
and an Apex 1500. 
Tested in VLC 6.2 on 3-911-2004.
Same errors when switching from Title to the next in VLC
using the next button, or by FF to the end of the first title,
and letting it switch over on its own.
However, if you go to Play-->Title--> and select the next Title,
it switches fine. 

Update:
Have verified this with three different Video CDs, two burned one commerical
VCD. Have also verified that this does happen on
a second Macintosh, a G4 Dual 1ghz , 2GB of Ram, Apple SuperDrive.
