More specifically: <http://www.live.com/liveMedia/>.  Note, in particular, 
the 'test programs'.  The various "test*Streamer" applications include a 
built-in RTSP server (sometimes optional) for a multicast stream.  Also, 
the "testOnDemandRTSPServer" application has a built-in RTSP server that 
sends various types of RTSP/RTP stream via unicast.

All of these streams can be played by the VLC client (except for AMR audio 
streams, because VLC (as far as I know) doesn't yet support AMR audio).
