[vlc] non-install version

Hello,

Is there a Windows version of VLC Media Player that would not require
any installation?

I'd like to drop it on a CD with an AVI, so one can just run it and the
video will show. No codecs added to the system, no admin rights
required. And a GUI (mplayer is not sufficient because it does not have
a full Windows GUI, as far as I know).
