[vlc] rce zone 1 disk

I have been told that most newer region code 1 dsik
use a so called "region code enhacement" to prevent
being playing on zone free dvd player. xine has an
option: "region that the dvd player claims to be"
which sould allow to fake a pure zone 1 player. I have
not seen any option of this kind in videolan. Could
anyone tell me what is it about?
