[vlc] Re: [ANN] VLC 0.8.0-test2

tried the vlc version0.8.0
seems like i cant escape the program once it starts playing a movie.
used to be i'd hit esc and its would reduce the size of the screen and
show the controls, now i cant get it to shut down no matter what unless 
i shut down my computer
im on macOSX G4 laptop
any suggestions?
