[vlc] Re: problem with ./configure and /usr/win32

On the vlc page of the developers area is a Cygwin environment document.  It
has a precise list of Cygwin packages, general instructions.  You might want
to look at it.

I am unable to configure the project in order to compile.
I am on Windows 2000 Pro with Cygwin.
First I have not libdvdcss so I put --disable-dvd I have put the compiled
libraries of your website by executing the command in the INSTALL.win32
(with the -C /) and they are in /usr/win32... but when I run :

./configure --disable-dvd

all work fine up to here :

It looks like it doesn't find mad.h (and other) but when I do :

ls -l /usr/win32/include

there is :
