[vlc] MPEG-2 Transport Stream remuxer

Hi folks,

excuse me if my question is not entirely relevant in this group but I do not
know where to ask it elsewhere (if you know where plz report to me)!

Does anybody know about an open source project or non-commercial tool which
can re-multiplex an MPEG-2 TS stream while adding a new stream?
