[vlc] Error compiling subversion with cygwin

I have an error since i change my harddrive and reinstall cygwin.

I think it's a cygwin thing, but not sure. Please someone could help me on 
this ?
I followed the same steps i made when i installed cygwin and compiled 
successfully VLC before i changed my hard drive.
