[vlc] OT: Booting a Pace DSL4000

I am hoping that someone can help me get my recently acquired Pace
DSL4000NT to boot. It's looking for a file /nfsboot/!NFSBoot/!Run that
it needs to configure itself (as far as I can tell). I downloaded the
RiscOS 4.0 ISO from http://support.riscos.com/Support/RO4DISC.ISO but
the included !Run leads to the message "An application that loads a
file of this type has not be found the the Filer. Open a directory
display containing the application and try again." with the only
option being to cancel. I'm currently trying to track down other
documentation that will give me more insight into the nature of the
file. Any help that anyone can give me would be very much appreciated.
