[vlc] T-Shirt Design Contest Winner

At last, results for the T-Shirt design contest !

The winner is Lorenzo Milito with his screaming cone logo. The winning
design can be seen here

We will now chose a t-shirt color (fast). Once that's done, well be
giving t-shirts to people who donate a minimum amount of money (to be
determined depending on manufacturing costs).
