[vlc] problem with videolan please take a look

i there can you help me out how to solve this problem.. i duno know why if 
it the codec or something case this. the problem is that when i play an .ogg 
video files the noise are awfull it really noisy...i used videolan to play 
the files and window media player but it the same..i don't think it the 
video files case this problem becasue its use to work very well before...and 
i don't think its the hardware problem because when i play other files such 
as .avi or music i work fine the sound are really clearl..i hope that you 
could help me out..thx alot for your time..
