Faizal,

If the data rate of your multicast stream is more than the
data rate supported by the AP for multicasts, changing the
ffmpeg configuration won't help. As long as the incoming
data rate is higher than the over-the-air rate, the AP will 
drop packets which will affect your video quality.

Have you tried transcoding to a rate lower than what the AP
allows for multicasts?
