[vlc] Thanx and help

I would like to set up a batch file that streams the default capture device (direct show) and multicast it to any 224.0.0.0 so i could view it from any of the computers on my network. but i want it as a batch so i could tie it to the startup so automaticlly it starts to stream.
also is it possiable to have the stream on the lowest quality setting. thanx alot
