[vlc] RTSP compatibility

Hi folks,

a question concerning the RTSP support.

I'm testing the compatibility between Windows Media Services and VideoLan.

Streaming from Windows to VideoLan using mms:
OK

                            Windows to videoLan using RTSP:
NOT OK

                                The stream is set up, the server starts
sending the packets but vlc can not deal with them. A lot of error messages!

                            VideoLan (VLM) to windows player using RTSP:
NOT OK



Why is the RTSP protocol not compatible between these two? Different
version?   Anybody any experience?
