[vlc] HOW can i get automake-devel-1.8.5-1.tar.bz2 HELP PLS???????

 i have automake-devel-1.9.2-1.tar.bz2 but for vlc compilation in cygwin its give me error
so i need automake-devel-1.8.5-1.tar.bz2 please if u have than send me ur please give me
