[vlc] wma3 to ogg conversion

hi all,
i read that vlc doesnot support wma3 on platforms
except windows . i use freebsd 5.3. Are you 
aware of any other tool that converts wma3 to ogg?
And is there a commercial program that does all
the media covnersion as vlc does?
