[vlc] IP Camera

[Shidan]

Hi I am looking for an IP Camera to stream video to VLC and have it
send out streams to
Windows Media Player. This solution has to be a real IP Camera and not
anything, else e.g. USB. What would be the right way to go about doing
this with VLC. Thanks in advance.
