[vlc] Apple H.264

i'm sure this is a terribly helpful (/sarcasm) thing to say...  i'm
sure and army of bright individuals has been working on this for quite
some time, but...

vlc 0.8.1 does not successfully decode h.264 video created by apple quicktime.
(tested with quicktime broadcaster 1.5 (v113) and quicktime 7 for osx.)
