[vlc] Wish: Just Record This

I'm aware of VLC's ability to direct its output to a file when  
beginning to play.  In talking with a few users of VLC, they've  
indicated an interest to just hit a RECORD button to save whatever is  
playing to disk (perhaps prompted for a filename). These users  
usually just choose a multicast TV channel from their playlist and  
are a bit bewildered by the sout knobs.

Thanks for a wonderful program. And it just keeps getting better!
