[vlc] Problem converting DIVX 2 mp2v

Hi,
I want to convert a DIVX to mp2v
I use a file as Input I choose file as output, MPEGTS and mp2v as 
videocodec.
The file that is generated ONLY contains audio but no video, I have no 
idea why
any help is very appreciated,
