[vlc] re-streaming

Hi,

I want to take a video or a live streaming on the net, then cache the video
or the live streaming in my server the re-stream it to the internet
.

The point is, some streaming on the net are not fast enough, we want to
re-stream those streaming faster


I don’t know if my question is clear enough for you but, if you need more
explanation please contact me!

Is it possible to do that? And basically how can I do that?
