[vlc] Some MPEG format required

I have configured VLS here in Fedora.From the documentation i found that
the VLS only streams MPEG TS/PS stream.So i am in need of MPEG TS/PS
format file.
I would be thankful if you could provide with the "MPEG file" or " MPEG
ES to MPEG TS/PS converter" ..
Suggestions are welcome..
