[vlc] vlc RTSPClient error! help!

hi ,
  
   I cross-compile vlc-0.8.1 for my windows 2000 , but now I met a
surprising problem . 

chart 1: (ok)

RTSP server------- gateway/192.168.20.1-------------pc (.20.58)
(MPEG4 / g.729a,192.168.20.30)                   (win2000 ,vlc-0.8.1)


char 2: (problem)
RTSP srv---gateway/192.168.20.254----gateway/192.168.20.1 ---pc(.20.58)
(218.118.42.35)


the chart1 works well,I mean that pc can receive and play realimt
streaming, but chart2 can't work.

I download vlc-0.8.2 , it can make things better,but I can not find
