[vlc] Re: problem in http interface

Hi again,

I'm disappointed a little that no-one cares about this problem.

Nevertheless, I finally managed to compile VLC with the patch applied
and it worked fine. It would be very nice if someone would be so kind to
add this piece of code (or something similar) to the svn tree.
