[vlc] VLM seeking

I want to report a bug.
 
I think that RTSP seeking is broken in 0.8.4a, in 0.8.2 it works fine.
 
Description:
When streaming with VLC-Server VLM (0.8.4a) and recieving with VLC (0.8.4a)
it isn't able to seek in the stream.
When I use VLC-Server VLM (0.8.4a) and recieving wiht VLC (0.8.2) it works
fine.
 
I have tested this on several Windows XP computer with different hardware, I
got the same problem.
I have also tested with several movies (MPEG2-TS, MPEG2-PS, DivX).
