[vlc] Mac OS X Version suggestion

Hi,

I have used both the Mac OS X and Windows versions of VLC. On the Mac
version, I have noticed that it seems to be less functional (for
instance, on the windows version, you can slow down and speed up video
or audio, while on the mac version the foward and backward buttons
don't work as well). Also, there is a minor problem with the time bar
on the Mac version: For instance, I might be 5 minutes into a video,
and then i'll start dragging the bar, the video timer will change to
11:25 or something and will never go to the right place. If it is
possible, can you implement these features into the Mac version?
