If you're willing to invalidate it, you're welcome. By the way, if you 
do so within a time frame of 9 months after the patent grant (that is 
to say before July 2005), it automatically disappear in the whole EU. 
Later, you'd have to prove it invalid in every country one by one (with 
possibly contradictory results).
