[vlc] Setting the Aspect Ratio

I used to be able to set the aspect ratio from within the Extended GUI, but
now I have to go into Preferences, Video, check the advanced box and scroll
to the bottom to change the aspect ratio.

 

Please simplify the function in future releases of your fine program.
