[vlc] Missing libs for FC3 binary distribution.

The following libraries are missing in order for the offical binary VLC
release to be installed on Fedora Core 3 (my system was a fresh install,
so all standard libraries should be there):

libcdio
libiso9660
libsysfs

Installing/compiling these libraries shouldn't be much of an issue,
except it's very hard to compile libraries you can't find.  If these
required libraries are not going to be included in the binary release,
then at least provide links on the web site so that these libraries may
be downloaded and compiled.
