Have a look at the AmiNET120 / 130 products they will do it ;)

Hi... I saw on the VideoLan website that you recommend (or at least
have good results with) Set-Top Boxes from Aminocom and Pace.

I'll soon be rolling out a TV service over IP (live broadcast TV, not
VoD) and I'm looking for set-top boxes that could recieve MPEG4 over
multicast UDP (generated by VLC ofcourse ;) ...since our bandwith to
the user is limited.. MPEG2 is not an option :(

Anyone here who has a take on this?
