This is the error message that it shows in the Messege window.

main error: no suitable decoder module for fourcc `undf'.
VLC probably does not support this sound or video format.

The signal information is provided in the attachment.
I can view the video in the vlc player but there is no audio.
The same file plays properly in windows media player with audio.
Can you please suggest a suitabe remedy.
