[vlc] I cant recieve stream with frequency such as 3674MHz from DVB-S card with VLC

Hello!
I cant recieve stream with lower frequency such as 3674MHz from DVB-S card with vlc.

How can I with vlc define LNB Low-Noise Block Downconverter 
So I cant recieve with vlc channels with lower frequency such as 3674MHz, so I do 
root at sputnik:/usr/local/dvb/drivers/linuxtv-dvb-apps-1.1.0/util/scan# ./scan -l C-BAND dvb-s/Yamal 
scanning dvb-s/Yamal 
using '/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0' and '/dev/dvb/adapter0/demux0'

But now I run vlc with parametres 
dvb:// :dvb-adapter=0 :dvb-frequency=3674000 :dvb-srate=17500000 :dvb-caching=300 :dvb-device=0 :dvb-inversion=2 :dvb-probe :dvb-lnb-lof1=1500000 :dvb-lnb-lof2=5150000 :dvb-lnb-slof=100000 :no-dvb-budget-mode :dvb-satno=0 :dvb-voltage=18 :dvb-tone=-1 :dvb-fec=3 :dvb-modulation=0 :dvb-code-rate-hp=9 :dvb-code-rate-lp=9 :dvb-bandwidth=0 :dvb-guard=0 :dvb-transmission=0 :dvb-hierarchy=0 
and get only this 
dvb debug: check frontend ... has signal 
dvb debug: check frontend ... has carrier 
dvb debug: check frontend ... has signal

What Iam doing wrong?
