[vlc] Forcing RTP over RTSP

Hi.

With the new 0.8.2 version, apparently there is an autoswitch-over
for the live.com-RTSP-module from UDP (default) to RTP over RTSP (TCP).
I think is was described in the release-news.

Though I prefer UDP based streaming for aestetic reasons, using
RTP over RTSP is sometimes preferred depending on your ISPs
poor choice of network design.

Is there a way to force VLC to use RTP over RTSP ?
