As stated in http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/changeset/9739, a correct
description file would contain lines like
x1,y1,x2,y2,level,downspeed,upspeed,mrl, eg

12,42,120,420,10,5,10,udp://@239.255.42.12
120,42,240,420,10,10,10,file:///mnt/movies/my/favourite/one.ogg
...
