[vlc] Re: present but cannot be compiled

I had this problem several weeks ago, but can't remember what I did to 
get around it. Have you built libdvbpsi? I think the problem you have is 
that you should remove the --with-dvbpsi and just use the 
--withdvbpsi-tree option. This should fix your problem. Alternatively 
use a newer kernel anything after 2.6.6 should be ok but I am sure the 
first --with-dvbpsi option is taking presedence over the tree option.
