This can be fixed in x264 by padding to a proper multiple, and setting
the actual frame size in some headers. So far, nobody has needed it
badly enough to implement it. It shouldn't be too difficult, though.
I'll do it if you pay me ;-) (Or maybe if I have nothing else to do)
