Hi Melissa,
our forthcoming 0.8.2-release will have full Tiger compability. We  
going to make it publicly available this week-end. Feel free to  
download this variant first: <http://xserve.via.ecp.fr/~videolan/ 
macosx/vlc-macosx-200506230318.dmg>. It's a daily snapshot, which is  
almost the same as the version we are going to release.
