[vlc] VLC 0.8.1 rpms with RTSP client support

Hi,

Any pointers where can I find VLC 0.8.1 RPM with 
RTSP client support for fedora core 3.

currently I tried using the RPM for the VLC of the
main page, When I use the RTSP option in player it
prints 'cannot access module RTSP" looks like the RPM
missing some .so's or RTSP client will always be
"builtin"

any clues,
